Share your requirement.
Tell us your idea, share your existing 2D design, or describe what you need. We talk it through with you.
2D design.
We prepare the 2D design from your requirement.
You approve the 2D design.
Nothing moves forward until you are happy with it.
3D design and programming.
We build the 3D model and prepare it for our machines.
You approve the 3D design.
You check the dimensions and details before any cutting begins.
Machining.
The die is machined to the approved 3D design.
Grinding, fitting and finishing.
We grind, fit and finish the die.
Inspection.
We check the die with measuring tools. An inspection report is available on request.
Delivery.
The finished die is delivered to you.

Machines: VMC, CNC, EDM, wire cut EDM, surface grinding, drilling, milling and lathe.
Measuring tools: Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge and CMM.
